Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of falconfreshcleaning.com and our cleaning services. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to them.

Quotes & pricing

Residential quotes are flat-rate estimates based on the bedroom/bathroom and frequency information you provide, and are confirmed at the first visit. Commercial pricing follows a facility walkthrough and written plan. Prices may be adjusted if the space or scope differs materially from what was described.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at scheduled times. Cancellations or lockouts with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.

The make-it-right guarantee

If something isn't right with a clean, tell us promptly and we will return to make it right at no charge. Guarantee details are confirmed in your service agreement.

Liability

Falcon Fresh is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where prohibited by law. Pre-existing damage and inherently fragile items you have not told us about are excluded.
