How does flat-rate home pricing work?
Tell us your bedrooms, bathrooms, and how often you want us — we quote a flat rate in one call. No walkthrough needed. The rate only adjusts if your home is meaningfully different from what we discussed.
Do businesses get a quote the same way?
Businesses get a free on-site walkthrough. We assess the facility and deliver a plan and a price within 48 hours.
Will the same people clean every time?
Yes — that is core to the Falcon Standard™. Your space gets a dedicated crew that learns how you like things. No rotating strangers with keys.
Are your crews vetted and insured?
Every crew member is interviewed and vetted by us, and Falcon Fresh is fully licensed and insured.
What happens if something gets missed?
Tell us and we come back to make it right. We'd rather re-clean a space than lose your trust — that's the make-it-right guarantee.
What areas do you serve?
Utah County, Salt Lake County and the Wasatch Front — including Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Springville, Draper and Salt Lake City. Commercial service is available toward Logan and St. George.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We earn your business every month. Ask about our exit guarantee — if we can't eliminate your cleaning headaches, you walk away.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — crews arrive fully equipped. If you prefer specific products for your space, tell us and we build them into your plan.
